She is currently taking classes in Computer Architecture and Operating Systems as well as, Computer Graphics. Claire took a year off to do volunteer service in 2014-15, and gained leadership skills in the process. She appreciates the route technology is taking us. Claire hopes that technology can be seen more as a tool to help others rather than to hurt.

Myths about computer Science...

The field of Computer Science is thought of as people who work in small cubicles, never interacting with other life forms as they furiously write lines and lines of code; or people who hide out in their dark dreary basements making plans for world domination! But... I want to show others who are interested in entering this field of work the different types of skills that can be learned, with my class experiences as examples.
