My interest in photography started in 2013 during the time I was working at a Christian summer camp. The IT guy there had me help him record some video for the camp promo. That was the first time I had ever used a DSLR. It fascinated me. I wanted to use one more. That fall I bought an older DSLR from a close friend who did not use it anymore. Just as I had learned from so many other photographers, I put it on manual and started shooting anything and everything. it did not take long to learn how to expose my images properly and edit them in adobe lightroom. I would take my camera everywhere, I even took pictures at some events. I have since then started my formal education at Eastern Mennonite University. Being here I have learned how to use photoshop and how to use new and better cameras than I ever had before. I plan on continuing my education in this amazing world of photography and art as a whole.

I believe that art is something that can, in some ways, be taught. Though, art also has an aspect of raw ability. I trust that my work shows excellence and detail.
