Storm Phorm
Storm Phorm is a web app that was created by Computer Science students at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU). This web app helps the administration at EMU to figure out the best way students learn, as well as just surveying how the students think and feel about other subjects either academic or not. Some of our Storm Phorm screens that a user would use to create, send, and view a response can be found in the gallery below.
Things that can be accomplished with Storm Phorm:
- Creation of a Google Docs Form
- Editing of a Google Docs Form
- Sending the form to email accounts
- Deleting of a Google Docs Form that was created by you
- View results of a survey answered by the survey takers
When a student completes a survey it will return a graph in a Google Spreadsheet that will look similar to the one you will find in the gallery above that is labeled "Graph Produced Page". By reading the information it gives how the survey is measures and the mean score, and T-score for the student only. We make a single graph for each single student that can be searched for and found on the "Form Responses" page.
