About me:

I am not an elder among the people that abide on Earth, but one thing that I know is that you need to be passionate about what you do and do it with all of your heart. The things I’m passionate about in my life shape who I am trying to become. I love sports, I love physical activity that energizes the body and enables us to communicate through acts of motion. Sports have been a large part of my life since I was a child, shaping my love of sports and the knowledge I’ve acquired.

Growing up when I was not in school or sleeping I was attempting to fill my mind with whatever sports knowledge I could. When playing outside wasn’t an option I watched and/or listened to the famous voice of the late Stuart Scott, and other anchors on sports television. I became passionate about communicating my sports knowledge like I saw on TV and heard on the radio. I would listen to ESPN Radio in the mornings on my way to school and later decided that path would be the one for me.

I have worked with the Weather Vane to publish sports articles about Eastern Mennonite University sports teams. I also someday hope to attain an internship with a local radio or TV station to further dream of becoming a sports broadcaster. Through experience and further learning as I continue my college career I hope to have my passion become my success.
