Project Statement

The training plan I will work through will consist of a 4 week plan where I meet with the individual 4 times a week. The first week will consist of a baseline test where I will record baseline stats on endurance through a timed mile run, a speed dribble down a field and back with the ball, and more position specific drills based on the individual. Each session will be 1 hour, and I can meet the individual at any soccer field near them.

I have trained soccer for over ten years, and the drills that I will bring to the individual, as well as my insight on the game, will be beneficial for any soccer player wanting to play at the college level. The drills that will be done are drills that I have taught alongside a head coach, as well as drills I am actively doing in college soccer at the moment.
