A little about me...
I like to take photos. I always have, so I decided to pick up a minor in Photography at Eastern Mennonite University. Photos can be aesthetically pleasing, recall a memory, ‘feel some type of way’, and even invoke a sense of another world. Everywhere around you has the potential to hold one of these scenes with that power. It is with this mentality that I view the world.
It wasn’t until I took Photography 1 at EMU did I realize the power of a photograph. Coupled with editing, a photo can be transformed entirely. Among many different techniques in Photography, manipulating light was what fascinated me the most. Light is what makes up the photo when a scene is captured by a camera. If you control the light, you control the photo.
