Playing Through the Pain
Often artists find themselves at unrelenting crossroads. It has been said that artists have the gift of feeling more deeply than non-artists. Flocking to destructive means to deal with the wide array of feelings is often the more comfortable path. Instead, these four musicians continue to find peace and exuberance through the act of playing. Regardless of the paths they have trudged, music found its way into their lives and has been providing the means to wrestle with pain, fear, anger, and spiritual uncertainty.
